Delamode Nidd was named as a Brand Ambassador and also received the Chairman’s Award 100% Club title at the Palletforce Gala Awards for its work during a challenging year for many transport and logistics companies.
At the awards ceremony, Palletforce chief operating officer Mark Tapper said: “This year, more than ever, customer service and delivery performance have been even more important. Despite the challenges, Palletforce and its entire membership have been equal to the task. However, Delamode Nidd stood out with an exemplary delivery and service record and they now receive the Chairman’s Award and become part of the 100% Club.”
He continued to mention “Delamode Nidd were selected as a Brand Ambassador because of their quality of work over the past year. This award was based on nominations from the Palletforce team and recognises members who have gone the extra mile to support and promote the network during the year.”
